12U SOFTBALL Tournaments in Baja?

Today we received a message from a Coach in California USA

“I just wanted to know if there is any softball tournaments in BAJA CALIFORNIA , we can participate in. We have a 12U girls softball team. We are looking forward to participate in tournaments you might have. We are a 12 under softball team. We have 12 girls on the team. We would the girls to experience international softball games. Send me any information you might have, Signed, Rose”

Well Rose, super thank you for contacting us today. We would love to have you come on down. We are a new program statewide here in Baja. So no tournaments yet. However, we are in the process of building our first international tournament for next year, 2009

· Baja All-Star Fastpitch Tournament

· May 22-24, 2009

· Ensenada, Baja California Mexico

· Divisions: 10U and 12U

We expect 12 teams in each division to play tournament ball. It will be ALL-STAR LEVEL from Recreation Leagues from cities in Mexico and California.

NO TRAVEL TEAMS.

Baja Softball is not yet ready for TRAVEL LEVEL competition.

We are working towards that over time……and will host TRAVEL TEAM softball in 2010.

So keep us on your list for coming down to Mexico and playing next summer.

When you are ready to sign up, contact me. I am in charge of the Tournament.

We will have local families that your kids and coaches can stay with or if you prefer, we will have many hotels ready to host you.
