BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING MINUTES for Sunday Jan. 25, 2009
Ensenada Area Softball League

Attendees: Charles “JP” Tawil, Ivan Damazo, Luis Villavicencio, Christina Maytorena, Evelyn del Toro, Ruth Romo, Roberto Martinez, y Betty Verduzco

1. Uniform Logo Approved
2. Official League Ball Approved: 11″ Yellow Softstich Ball by Easton
3. Toxico Sponsor offer accepted: They will make the Uniform Shirts at cost of T-Shirt and all Printing of Logos is free in exchange for logo on back of shirt and logo on league web site
4. El Cid Uniform Sponsor Plan Approved: Each player must sell coupon for 100 pesos or pay 100 pesos for league fee that covers league costs
5. Coaches Approved: Patty Campuzano, Ivan Damazo, Ruth Romo, Evelyn del Toro, Christina Maytorena, Lupita Hurtado
6. Draft Rules Approved

• Coaches Draft in order First to Last and then Last to First until all players picked
• 1st Round: Top 6 Pitchers to be Named by Director must be picked
• 2nd Round: Next 6 Pitchers to be Named by Director must be picked
• 3rd Round: Coach Must Pick Daughter if Not picked in round 1 or 2
• 5th Round: Coach Must Pick Daughter if Not picked in round 1, 2, or 3
• For players not at official tryout, there will be a 2nd tryout held later in the week and they will be picked shortly thereafter in a supplemental draft.
